SHIPPING POLICY

All Soda Shades deliveries require an adult signature. Once your package has been delivered to the correct address, we cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please be sure to ship your order to a secure location.

Orders are dispatched within 48 hours from our warehouse in Australia. 


INTERNATIONAL:
Free international shipping on all orders [8-15 business days]
USD$14.95 Express international shipping [5-10 business days]

Final product prices are non-inclusive of duties and taxes.

Charges for customs & import duties are sometimes imposed by courier services once the parcel reaches its destination country. These must be paid by the recipient prior to the goods being released for final delivery. Possible charges and policies vary widely depending on country. 

 

RETURNS POLICY

Unfortunately, all International sales are Final (we do not accept returns from outside of Australia) unless order is deemed faulty/ incorrect.
